As a Community lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing Agilitas’ creator collaboration strategy. You will work closely with the brand teams and external partners to identify, empanel and engage with creators for each of our brands. This role includes developing a framework for collaboration, negotiating terms with creators, engaging content production partners and ideating on IPs for our brands. You will also be responsible for developing a dashboard for content mapping and tracking as well as measuring the impact of these collaborations on the brand.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Agilitas, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually compelling designs for our performance and lifestyle collections. This role requires a deep understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and the ability to disrupt conventional design approaches. You will work collaboratively across teams to bring fresh, bold ideas to life and ensure that our products are at the forefront of industry trends.
